My beginnings as a personal and business coach
I began my professional career in the field of tourism (Technician in tourism companies and activities), a choice that gave me the opportunity to know and understand various facets and business perspectives.
However, my career took a turn when I entered the banking sector, where I worked for 20 years. I started in a customer service position and, with dedication and effort, I became a business manager, deputy director and director. This period taught me a lot about leadership, team management and the importance of knowing how to manage stress and pressure at work well.
My mission is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can explore, learn and grow. I am here to accompany you every step of the way, with attentive listening and conscious guidance, helping you discover the best path to a full and satisfying life.
Throughout these years, my interest in personal growth never faded. He was deeply curious to understand human behavior and find ways to help others reach their full potential. This led me to study various disciplines such as Coaching, NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming), systemic coaching and family constellations... all initiated by my curiosity and need for self-help.
After two decades in the world of banking, I decided to make a radical change and dedicate myself fully to my true passion: accompanying people and organizations in their development and transformation processes.
Today, as a personal and business coach, I have the privilege of working with people and teams, helping them overcome obstacles, discover their strengths and achieve their goals.
